Dominic Thiem Is a Wild Card for the Australian Open

Dominic Thiem, ex-number-three on the ATP list, was awarded a main draw wild card for the Australian Open, which kicks off on January 16th.

Theim had a long recovery from his injury, and 2024 was a big year for him as he returned to the ATP tour, and the organizers of the Australian Open decided to give him a special invitation.

Aside from Thiem, a wild card was also awarded to Taylor Townsend, Diane Parry, Christopher Eubanks, and Luca Van Assche.
